I really hope that the many amazing stories told by Out in Japan help young people who are struggling with their identity find confidence and role models to help ease the burden of coming out. Whilst I feel lucky for the generations before that fought so hard to make my life easier than theirs, there is still so much work to be done to make equality for LGBT friends around the world a reality.
