I was in high school when I began to come out to my friends that I trust. During that time, there was a lot of support for LGBT people and I felt that was going to be alone if my friends didn’t understand. But, almost surprisingly, they were very supportive. Once I came out, I realized that my relationship with people didn’t change for worse, but for the better. I then began to understand the LGBT pride that everyone’s been talking about.

In Japan, I can understand that right now it may be difficult to come out. Hell, even I had to dip in the closet a few times. Everyone must be the same it seems. But you are not. You are special, and you have a gift to love, have fun, and to be yourself. Love yourself first, and love others. Being LGBT is awesome! Know that!

「カミングアウト」と聞くと、なんだか難しかったり硬いイメージになっちゃう。

堅苦しいのイヤー、楽しくしたいなー。

なんて考えちゃう自分にとってのカミングアウトとは、

「一度しかない今を楽しくするためのマテリアル！！」

きっと、家族や仲間に恵まれているおかげでできるのかもしれないですね。

産んでくれたお母さん、出会ってくれたみんなに凄く感謝してます！

最初の一歩って怖くて不安。

でも、

踏み出そうとする考えや思いって凄くカッコいいと思います！
